1. Introduction
Advertomics ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital advertising and marketing agency that manages advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, and TikTok Ads on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use our services or visit our website at advertomics.co.
Where this Privacy Policy refers to "Platform Data," it includes any data accessed, received, or derived from the Google Ads API, the Meta Marketing API, the Meta Conversions API, the TikTok Marketing API, or any other advertising platform we manage on your behalf.
2. Information We Collect
- Google Ads Account Data: Campaign data, ad groups, keywords, ad creatives, performance metrics, bidding strategies, and audience configurations.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Account Data: Campaign, ad set, and ad data, creatives, audience configurations, placements, performance metrics, pixel events, and Conversions API events sent from clients' websites.
- TikTok Ads Account Data: Campaign, ad group, and ad data, creatives, audience configurations, placements, and performance metrics.
- OAuth Tokens & Partner-Access Grants: Authentication tokens via Google OAuth 2.0; partner-access grants via Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center.
- Client Contact Information: Name, email, phone, company name, and billing information provided during onboarding.
- Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral sources on advertomics.co. May be transmitted to Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, the Reddit Pixel, and Hotjar/Contentsquare for analytics and conversion measurement.
We do not collect or store any end-user data from Facebook Login. We do not implement Facebook Login on any of our properties and do not request user-data permissions such as user_friends, user_birthday, user_gender, or any other user-profile permissions.
3. How We Collect Data
- Google Ads: Via the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads: Via the Meta Marketing API after you add Advertomics' Business Manager as a partner on your own Meta Business Manager (business.facebook.com).
- TikTok Ads: Via the TikTok Marketing API after you add Advertomics as a partner on your TikTok Business Center.
We only access the data necessary to provide our advertising management services. We never access ad accounts or platform data that you have not explicitly granted us partner access to.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
- Manage, optimize, and report on your Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Provide performance analytics and strategic recommendations
- Generate monthly performance reports across all platforms we manage on your behalf
- Communicate with you regarding your account and services
We do not use Platform Data for selling, licensing, or purchasing it; making eligibility determinations; discriminating against people; surveillance; or training third-party AI models. We do not use one client's Platform Data to benefit another client.
5. Data Storage & Security
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized team members only
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Multi-factor authentication for all internal systems
We retain your data for the duration of our service agreement plus 12 months after termination, unless you request earlier deletion or shorter retention is required by the relevant platform's terms (e.g., Meta Platform Terms data-retention requirements). OAuth tokens are revoked, and partner-access grants in Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center are removed, immediately upon termination.
Data deletion requests: Email team@advertomics.co. We action confirmed deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
6. Data Sharing
- We do NOT sell, license, or purchase Platform Data from data brokers or any third party.
- We do NOT use your data for retargeting or personalized advertising for any purpose other than managing the campaigns you have engaged us to manage.
- We do NOT share your Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads data with other clients or external parties.
- We do NOT use Platform Data to train machine-learning or AI models for any third party.
7. Platform Compliance
7.1 Google API Services: Advertomics' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7.2 Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies: Advertomics' use of data received from the Meta Marketing API, Conversions API, and any other Meta platform endpoints adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, including Sections 3 and 4 on use, processing, sharing, retention, and deletion of Platform Data. Our app (App ID 2671748109852688) does not use Facebook Login and does not collect end-user Facebook data.
7.3 TikTok Marketing API: Advertomics' use of data received from the TikTok Marketing API adheres to the TikTok Marketing API Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Policies.
8. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw Consent: Revoke our access to Google Ads via your Google Account settings; to Meta Ads via Meta Business Manager (Business Settings → Partners → remove Advertomics); to TikTok Ads via TikTok Business Center (Partners → remove Advertomics).

9. GDPR Compliance
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to object to processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking on advertomics.co
Our website loads the following third-party tracking technologies: Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics (GA4); Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Pixel ID 1634880377173099) — may associate your visit with your Facebook or Instagram account; TikTok Pixel; Reddit Pixel; Hotjar / Contentsquare. 1. Service Description
Advertomics is a digital advertising and marketing agency. We manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms on behalf of our clients, including campaign setup, optimization, creative development, performance monitoring, and reporting.
2. Fee Transparency
Our service fees are clearly separated from your media spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other platform. Your advertising budget is paid directly to the relevant ad platform. Advertomics does not mark up or take a percentage of your ad spend unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Account Ownership
Your Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads accounts belong to you. Advertomics operates as an authorized manager under each platform's standard partner-access flow. You may revoke our access at any time: Google Ads via your Google Account settings; Meta Ads via Meta Business Manager (Business Settings → Partners → remove Advertomics); TikTok Ads via TikTok Business Center (Partners → remove Advertomics).
4. Data Security

- Secure OAuth 2.0 / partner-access authentication for Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, and TikTok Marketing API
- Multi-factor authentication on all internal systems
- OAuth tokens are revoked, and platform partner-access grants are removed, immediately upon termination of services
5. Compliance
Advertomics adheres to: Google Ads API Terms and Conditions; Google Ads Policies; Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements); Meta Platform Terms; Meta Developer Policies; Meta Advertising Standards; TikTok Marketing API Terms of Service and TikTok Advertising Policies; GDPR/UK GDPR for EU and UK clients; and CCPA/CPRA for California residents.
6. Termination & Data Portability
Upon termination, full administrative access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads accounts will be transferred back to you within 5 business days, and Advertomics will be removed as a partner from your Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center. Campaign data and reports will be provided in a standard format. OAuth tokens, partner grants, and any cached Platform Data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or platform terms.
